Core Competencies:Review and process incoming quotations and tender requests with accuracy and timeliness.Coordinate effectively with global and local pricing teams to procure rates.Ensure adherence to Customer SOPs, tender guidelines, and compliance standards during quote and tender preparation.Prepare comprehensive cost breakdowns and margin calculations to support competitive and profitable quote and tender submissions.Work closely with internal stakeholders and Product teams, to gather relevant operational information required.Track and update tender pipelines, and RFQ status reports, and maintain tender records.Pay attention to detail and can handle large volumes of data with accuracy.Efficiently manage work under strict deadlines and manage multiple RFQs/tenders simultaneously.Requirements:The candidate must be a graduate with 2+ years of experience in a similar role (Tender Desk, Pricing, or Freight Forwarding preferred).Excellent Analytical, Interpersonal and Communication Skills.Proficient in MS Office Suite.Strong grip on financial numbers & overall product probability.
