Responsibilities:
Monitoring and responding to incoming inquiries
Daily cooperation with tender and operational teams around the world
Activities supporting Account Owners - requests for proposals, implementation of mini tenders, price list management, updating fuel prices, invoice audits
Price analysis and preparation of the final offer
Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
Identifying and analyzing customer needs and suggestions
Making process improvements
Our requirements:
Customer service experience or knowledge of the logistics/forwarding industry
knowledge of English at least B2 level (very good in speech and writing)
very good knowledge of Excel
ability to work in a team
development mindset and willingness to learn
