Billing Specialist

YOUR TASKS 

• Invoicing serviced customers in accordance with contracts and within scheduled deadlines.
• Preparing invoice specifications for customers.
• Cooperating with the customer service and the transport departments regarding forwarding orders in case of discrepancies.
• Controlling and verifying charges, reporting discrepancies.
• Communicating with customers and financial auditors in Polish and English.
• Ensuring timeliness and accuracy of settlement activities.
• Performing accounting closures of transports in the operational system.

OUR EXPECTATIONS

• Experience in work related to transport settlements.
• Ability to use MS Office package in practice (especially Outlook and Excel).
• Good knowledge of Polish and English language.
• Accuracy and good organizational skills.
• Commitment to assigned duties.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with others
