PAMIĘTAJ, ABY KLIKNĄĆ PRZYCISK „APLIKUJ” PO ZAPISANIU PROFILU, ABY ZAKOŃCZYĆ PROCES APLIKACJI

Twój zakres obowiązków:

• Zbieranie, procesowanie i kontrola poprawności danych dotyczących frachtu morskiego/lotniczego w systemie TMS,
• Zapewnianie właściwego i terminowego obiegu dokumentów elektronicznych spedycyjnych oraz odpowiedzialność za weryfikację poprawności danych zawartych na tych dokumentach,
• Obsługa korespondencji mailowej,
• Współpraca z oddziałami firmy w Europie i na świecie, w ramach DSV International Shared Services Centre.

Nasze wymagania:

• Znajomość języka angielskiegi na poziomie komunikatywnym - pozwalającym na swobodną rozmowę telefoniczną oraz mailową,
• Znajomość pakietu MS Office,
• Umiejętność pracy w zespole, dobra komunikacja, proaktywność,
• Systematyczność, dokładność i odpowiedzialność za powierzone zadania,
• Motywacja i chęć do nauki, rozwoju.
