We are looking for an MDM Change Manager who will lead the successful adoption of data‑related improvements, standards, and processes across the organization. In this role, you will act as a key bridge between MDM teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that changes in data governance, data quality, systems, and ways of working are clearly communicated, well understood, and effectively implemented. You will also support MDM sub‑departments and help ensure that all initiatives deliver measurable business value, minimize disruption, and strengthen master data as a sustainable, high‑quality asset.
 
 
Key responsibilities:
  • Define and execute change management strategies for MDM initiatives.
  • Align people, processes, and technology to support MDM transformation.
  • Manage the end-to-end MDM change process within established governance.
  • Ensure compliance with MDM standards, policies, and data quality principles.
  • Conduct impact assessments on data models, processes, systems, and reporting.
  • Assess risks, dependencies, and mitigation actions.
  • Monitor change progress, escalate issues, and validate post‑implementation results.
  • Maintain change documentation: logs, assessments, stakeholder matrices.
  • Manage communication plans and ensure effective messaging across stakeholders.

 

Requirements:

  • Must have experience with Address Data, Business Partner Data, Locations & Properties Data, Reference Data, Controlling Data and various other data management processes
  • Must have experience with process management - mapping, descriptions, improving processes utilizing various methodologies
  • Must have change management or project management experience e.g. planning, prioritization, risk / issue / stakeholder management. Experience with global rollouts, consultancy background is preferred. ADKAR experience is a plus.
  • Nice to have experience with MDG & ERP
  • Basic knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma for continuous improvement
  • Basic knowledge of how to plan, prioritize, manage risks / issues 
  • Experience working abroad and within corporate environment
  • University degree or equivalent
  • Fluent English
