What you’ll do:
Maintaining relationships with internal clients and attending meetings regarding reporting requirements
Filtering and prioritizing report requests submitted via the portal
Gathering client requirements and translating them into technical specifications for the development team
Coordinating with clients to agree on how report columns will be mapped and interpreted
Implementing standard report products (Excel and Power BI) and deploying predefined reports
Implementing minor changes in reports if within scope of knowledge
Creating and updating documentation related to report implementations
Verifying output data with client requirements and reviewing reports post-implementation
Testing reporting tools before their handover to production
Supporting 1st line in analyzing report issues and fixing errors when possible
Participating in R&D projects – developing new products and optimizing existing reporting tools
Participation in projects related to the acquisition of other companies and the integration of reporting systems
What we’re looking for:
University degree (preferably in transportation or logistics)
Minimum 2 years of experience working with large data sets or in a junior analyst role
Good command of English (minimum B2 level)
Intermediate or higher proficiency in MS Excel
Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to learning from data
Excellent communication skills and willingness to work with clients
Nice to have:
Knowledge of the logistics industry and CargoWise One
Familiarity with tools such as VBA, Python, Power Query, or Power BI
