What will help you succeed:

  • • You’re a great team player and know how to communicate clearly with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • • You’re comfortable handling complex topics and can break them down using logical and analytical thinking.
  • • You know how to gather input from different sources and turn it into clear, actionable insights — both in writing and in conversation

 

Your responsibilities

 

  • Reviewing documentation to ensure it aligns with internal compliance policies — with clear guidelines to support you.
  • Assisting in the implementation of various compliance-related projects, such as QHSE and Human Rights audits, mandatory e-learning, and more.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders across our global organization and providing advisory support.
  • Offering administrative assistance to the DSV Group Sustainability & Compliance team.
  • Supporting the regular update of internal procedures.
  • Preparing and analysing data for reporting purposes.
  • Creating reports to communicate key findings to relevant teams

 

Our requirements

 

  • Excellent command of English — both written and spoken.
  • Experience in reviewing compliance documentation is a major advantage.
  • Background in data analysis would be an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills — both verbal and written.
  • A structured, process-oriented mindset with great attention to detail.
  • Project management experience is a major advantage.
  • A high sense of responsibility and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Most importantly — an interest in compliance and a proactive attitude.
