Compliance Specialist

You will join Group IT Compliance, a key part of Global IT. Our team of 20 colleagues ensures that information security and compliance strategies are implemented across the organisation, supporting all regions globally. The position is based in our Warsaw office, with close collaboration with internal IT auditors located in HQ Hedehusene, Denmark.

Your responsibilities

Primary:

• Execute internal compliance reviews based on the annual assurance plan for business-critical applications
• Communicate with service owners regarding planned audits and related remediation actions
• Continuously develop and maintain the annual audit plan in collaboration with IT auditors

Secondary:

• Support implementation and improvement of compliance activities across critical IT systems
• Collaborate with service owners on audits and follow up on findings
• Communicate key risks and trends to management
• Work closely with global colleagues on information security and compliance topics
• Assist and facilitate the annual IT audit performed by DSV’s external auditor
• Contribute to the continuous development and maintenance of independent audit reports (ISAE 3402 & 3000)

Our requirements

• Have an IT auditing background (technical expertise is an advantage, but not a requirement)
• Have experience with ISO27001 or a similar information security framework
• Possess solid IT knowledge with understanding of internal control environments
• Communicate complex technical topics clearly at different levels and with diverse stakeholders
• Demonstrate strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Be fluent in English, both written and spoken
