Your responsibilities:
- Actively support the Senior Contract Manager by leading detailed IT contract reviews, verification, and compliance assurance for the Global Connectivity Services department
- Support the preparation, execution, and evaluation of RFP processes within the department
- Assist in price and commercial negotiations with network service providers to achieve optimal contractual terms
- Support the management and administration of contracts throughout their lifecycle
- Maintain ongoing collaboration and effective communication with vendors and network suppliers
- Coordinate contract-related activities within the Global Connectivity Services scope. Work closely with internal stakeholders, including (but not limited to) IT Procurement, Legal, Network teams, and local IT units
- Ensure full compliance with internal policies, procedures, applicable laws, management directives, labour regulations, remuneration rules, and intellectual property protection requirements
- Demonstrate behaviours and attitudes consistent with DSV’s corporate values
- Continuously develop professional skills through training participation and ongoing self-education
Our requirements:
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
- Basic knowledge of RFP processes, contract negotiations, and commercial terms
- Strong ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at various organizational levels
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a procurement or contract department, preferably in an international company
