Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive handover documentation for the Country Implementation Manager (CIM).
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of CRM data (Microsoft Dynamics) at the handover stage and throughout the execution phase (milestone tracking).
- Work proactively with country CIMs to secure timely completion of implementation milestones.
- Monitor business materialization of awarded projects (Power BI reporting) and coordinate escalations with Business Development when necessary.
- Provide administrative support for complex implementations and integrations, including adherence to internal SLAs.
- Record and follow up on action items arising from customer implementation meetings.
Requirements
- Strong project management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, including working with large datasets.
- Experience working with reporting tools (PowerBI).
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Effective stakeholder management capabilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Excellent command of English.
