We’re looking for a Data Analyst who brings precision, structure, and strong analytical thinking to how data is understood, aligned, and connected across an enterprise data platform. You take ownership of how business concepts, source data, and platform models are mapped end-to-end, ensuring consistency, reuse, and clarity across domains and products. You work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, architects, and analysts to translate complex data landscapes into clear insights that support scalable data products and reliable downstream use. This role is for a hands-on specialist who raises the bar on data analysis quality, documentation, and collaboration, and who remains effective in a fast-moving, complex delivery environment where priorities evolve.

Your responsibilities:

  • Support squads in complex data analysis and stakeholder situations, helping resolve ambiguities in source data, definitions, and ownership
  • Strengthen collaboration and ways of working between business, data, and engineering teams by acting as a bridge between business meaning and technical implementation
  • Validate and challenge data requirements and mappings to ensure alignment with the enterprise data platform vision, data mesh principles, and overall company strategy
  • Collaborate closely with solution architects, information architects, subject matter experts, business analysts, and squad leads to establish strong feedback loops that ensure end-to-end coherence, data quality, and semantic consistency
  • Perform in-depth data profiling and analysis to uncover patterns, anomalies, and inconsistencies in data
  • Develop and execute data validation and verification processes to document and improve data integrity and quality
  • Create detailed reports and visualizations to communicate data profiling results and insights

Our requirements:

  • You bring 2-5 years of experience in roles such as Mapping Analyst, Data Analyst, Data Scientist or similar senior positions
  • Solid experience working in agile delivery environments such as Scrum, Kanban, or Spotify-inspired models, and are comfortable supporting multiple squads in parallel
  • You have proven ability to engage business and data stakeholders to capture business definitions, source data semantics, and transformation logic, and translate them into precise and usable data insights
  • You have experience working closely with data engineers, solution architects, information architects, and product owners in data platform or analytics environments
  •  You communicate clearly and precisely in English, both verbally and in written documentation
  • You are comfortable managing competing priorities in a complex, global, and matrix organisation, and you bring strong stakeholder management skills across both business and technical communities
  • You are familiar with data platforms, data warehousing or lakehouse concepts, business intelligence, and data transformation patterns
  • Experience with data profiling tools (e.g. Databricks, or similar)
  • Familiarity with data quality frameworks and concepts such as data cleansing, data governance, and master data management
  • Exposure to logistics, supply chain, or transport domains is beneficial, but not required
  •  Knowledge of programming languages like Python or R for data analysis (preferred)
  • Knowledge of cloud systems (e.g. AWS or Azure) is a plus
  • Experience in software development is a plus

What we offer:

  • Employment based on an employment contract, along with a comprehensive benefits package
  • Training and development programs, as well as access to an e-learning platform
  • Onboarding program with the support of a dedicated Buddy
  • Participation in an annual, company-wide integration event
  • A work environment based on Scandinavian organizational culture
