Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a unified employer branding and communication strategy across all DSV GBS locations.
- Strengthen and promote DSV GBS’s employer brand internally and externally.
- Plan and manage communication and EB activities across digital channels, industry platforms and candidate touchpoints.
- Responsible for creating and overseeing high‑quality promotional content, including graphics, videos, presentations, and articles.
- Monitor market trends, analyze competitors and identify new tools, channels and branding opportunities.
- Coordinate DSV GBS’s participation in employer rankings, industry competitions and branding initiatives, including cooperation with agencies and external partners.
- Collaborate with leaders and internal teams, activate employees, and manage reporting and EB budgets in line with internal standards.
- Collaborating closely with the P&O COE (Center of Excellence) to ensure alignment, knowledge sharing, and consistent implementation of best practices across projects
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in employer branding, communication or HR marketing in international environment.
- Higher education (Bachelor/Master’s degree).
- Excellent English communication skills
- Proven ability to design and implement impactful EB and communication strategies.
- Strong knowledge of digital channels, social media, content marketing and modern EB trends.
- Solid project and stakeholder management capabilities, with experience working with leaders, HR/TA, Communications and external partners.
- Analytical approach combined with creativity, initiative and the ability to propose innovative EB solutions.
- Strong attention to detail, strategic mindset, adaptability and alignment with DSV GBS values; higher education required.
