We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to provide crucial support to our Vice President of Global IT and the wider management team.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing comprehensive support to the Vice President of Global IT and the management team in executing operational and strategic tasks within a dynamic, international environment;
  • Managing calendars, organizing business trips, and coordinating internal and external events related to the IT department, often involving cross-border collaboration;
  • Preparing professional presentations, reports, and analyses to support decision-making processes in technology and IT project management, frequently communicating with global stakeholders;
  • Handling correspondence and maintaining contacts with suppliers, business partners, and technical teams across different countries;
  • Supervising document flow and ensuring proper archiving within the IT division to guarantee efficient information management in a multi-location setting;
  • Coordinating mailings and supporting internal communication within the department, bridging teams across regions;
  • Collaborating closely with other organizational units to ensure effective project execution and assisting managers in communication with the Board and technical teams on a global scale.

 

Requirements:

  • Very good command of English, both spoken and written — essential for effective communication with global teams and stakeholders;
  • Experience in an assistant role, preferably supporting management or IT teams in an international or multicultural environment;
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools, to prepare comprehensive analyses and reports;
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and autonomy in work;
  • Discretion, reliability, and a high level of professional etiquette;
  • Knowledge of IT processes or experience in a technological environment will be considered an advantage.
