We are looking for a Group Process Owner responsible for governance, process excellence and data quality across the areas of Banks, Frauds and the Vendor Portal. In this role, you will act as a global process leader, ensuring that standards are defined, adopted and continuously improved. You will also serve as the Business Owner of the Vendor Portal, overseeing its lifecycle, enhancements and overall data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define, maintain and improve global standards, process documentation and data governance for Banks, Frauds and Vendor Portal.
  • Monitor and analyse data quality, identify root causes and drive long-term corrective actions.
  • Ensure that countries, ISSC teams and relevant stakeholders understand and follow process governance through regular training and communication.
  • Review processes periodically to identify opportunities for simplification, standardisation and automation.
  • Conduct audits, build improvement pipelines and execute initiatives based on findings.
  • Lead assigned projects from start to finish, ensuring effective coordination, risk management and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with ISSC, countries, IT, compliance, system owners and other GPOs to support aligned and efficient end-to-end processes.
  • Support leadership with ad-hoc analysis, reporting and master data initiatives.

Requirements

  • Background in master data processes (Customer, Vendor, Bank, Intercompany or similar).
  • Strong experience in process management, including mapping, documentation and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to analyse complex issues, make informed decisions and drive practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence without authority.
  • Strong planning, organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Experience in international and corporate environments.
  • Fluent English.
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio). Experience with SAP MDG, SharePoint, Jira or Power BI is an advantage.
  • University degree; Lean, Six Sigma or project management experience is a plus.
