We are looking for a Group Process Owner (GPO) within the Data & Systems Maintenance (DSM) area. The role focuses on system integration, test management and governance of master data systems, ensuring stable data flows, high-quality testing practices and continuous improvement across the DSV landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee SAP MDG data integrations with downstream systems, ensuring stable, timely and consistent data flows. 
  • Translate business requirements into integration needs and align with IT, data owners and system specialists. 
  • Lead and continuously improve test processes, standards and methodologies for SAP MDG (functional, regression and UAT). 
  • Maintain test documentation (test plans, test cases, defect logs, evidence) ensuring traceability and audit readiness. 
  • Facilitate UAT activities, ensuring business testers understand and execute required scenarios. 
  • Develop and maintain governance documentation, standards, data dictionaries and risk mitigation activities. 
  • Conduct business process analysis, gather requirements, propose solutions and monitor implemented improvements.
  • Define and implement data quality measures, analyse root causes and drive long-term corrective actions. 
  • Deliver training sessions for countries, GBS and other key stakeholders to ensure governance compliance. 
  • Perform audits, maintain lessons learned and manage improvement pipelines focusing on automation and standardisation. 
  • Lead assigned projects from initiation to closure and manage project team members. 
  • Collaborate with GBS, countries, FT organisation, IT, compliance and other GPOs. 
  • Support master data initiatives and handle ad‑hoc requests from management. 

Requirements

  • Experience coordinating system integrations, especially SAP MDG data flows and interface behaviour (IDocs, APIs, replication frameworks). 
  • Strong experience in test management (planning, execution, documentation of SAP MDG test cycles). 
  • Experience with Address, Business Partner, Location, Reference and Controlling data domains. 
  • Experience in process management (mapping, analysis, improvements). 
  • Experience with data governance systems (SAP MDG required). 
  • Ability to gather business requirements and support prioritisation. 
  • Advantage: experience with SAP ERP/BW, Lean, Six Sigma, project coordination and risk management. 
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and conflict-resolution skills. 
  • Strong analytical and decision‑making skills with attention to detail. 
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and collaborate across cultures. 
  • Experience in international corporate environments. 
  • Fluent English. 
  • Strong MS Office skills; advantage: PowerQuery, PowerBI, Jira, SharePoint, SAP suite, MS Project. 
  • University degree or equivalent.
