We are looking for a Group Process Owner (GPO) within the Data & Systems Maintenance (DSM) area, focusing on technical master data governance, system integration and alignment with the Enterprise Data Platform (EDP). The role ensures that all technical services, interfaces and data models fully adhere to MDM governance, support consistent enterprise-wide data flows and enable long‑term data quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure MDM governance and integration standards across all interfaces and services connected to the Enterprise Data Platform.
- Act as the authoritative contact for technical master data requirements and align new platform features and service designs with approved MDM architecture.
- Align and validate technical specifications (JSON/XML schemas, API contracts, event structures) to ensure consistency with master data models.
- Drive root‑cause analysis for data and integration issues, ensuring corrective governance actions and long‑term stability.
- Collaborate in an agile setup, reviewing backlog items and ensuring new/enhanced services follow master data rules, ownership and quality standards.
- Maintain governance documentation, standards, data dictionaries and risk mitigation plans.
- Perform business process analysis, gather requirements, propose solutions and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Define and implement data quality measures, analyse root causes and ensure corrective actions.
- Deliver training to countries, GBS and stakeholders to ensure governance compliance.
- Manage improvement pipelines, focusing on automation, standardisation and innovation.
- Lead assigned projects end‑to‑end, coordinating activities and ensuring timely delivery.
- Collaborate with GBS, countries, FT Org, IT, compliance and other GPOs.
- Support master data initiatives and respond to ad‑hoc management requests.
Requirements
- Experience with Address, Business Partner, Location, Reference, Controlling and other master data domains.
- Strong experience with integration technologies: JSON/XML payloads, APIs, schema definitions, event‑based data exchange.
- Experience creating technical and functional requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog items) in agile environments.
- Experience with process management (mapping, documentation, improvement).
- Experience with Data Governance Systems (SAP MDG).
- Knowledge of SAP interface technologies (IDocs, APIs, replication frameworks).
- Advantage: experience with enterprise operational systems (SAP ERP, Salesforce, logistics platforms).
- Basic understanding of API management, integration patterns (REST, OData, queues, message brokers) and agile delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and conflict‑resolution skills.
- Analytical, structured and detail‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and across cultures.
- Experience in international corporate environments.
- Fluent English.
- Strong MS Office skills; advantage: PowerQuery, PowerBI, Jira, SharePoint, SAP suite.
- University degree or equivalent.
