We are looking for a Group Process Owner for Digital Products, responsible for governance, process excellence and data quality in the Routing and Booking Desk domains. As the Business Owner of these areas within the EDP program, you will define and drive future development, oversee improvements, support automation and ensure consistent end‑to‑end data flows across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain and improve global standards, process documentation and data governance for Routing and Booking Desk.
  • Monitor data quality, analyse root causes and implement long‑term corrective actions.
  • Lead the improvement pipeline and maintain a feedback loop with the EDP program to enhance end‑to‑end data flows.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for GBS, Finance SPOCs, EDP teams and other stakeholders to support governance compliance.
  • Drive innovation, automation and standardisation, identifying opportunities for optimisation.
  • Conduct audits, analyse findings and implement structured improvements.
  • Lead assigned projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and effective collaboration.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders such as EDP, GBS, countries, FT organisation, IT, compliance and other GPOs to ensure aligned, efficient processes.
  • Support leadership with ad-hoc tasks and contribute to master data initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in master data management and logistics processes.
  • Proven background in process management, including mapping, documentation and continuous improvement.
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma or other improvement methodologies is an advantage.
  • Solid project management skills (planning, prioritisation, risk/issue management).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder‑management and influencing abilities.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to drive practical solutions.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage cross‑functional, multicultural interactions.
  • Experience working in a corporate and international environment.
  • Fluent English.
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio). Experience with SAP MDG, Jira, SharePoint or Power BI is an advantage.
  • University degree or equivalent.

Requirements

  • Background in master data processes (Customer, Vendor, Bank, Intercompany or similar).
  • Strong experience in process management, including mapping, documentation and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to analyse complex issues, make informed decisions and drive practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence without authority.
  • Strong planning, organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Experience in international and corporate environments.
  • Fluent English.
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio). Experience with SAP MDG, SharePoint, Jira or Power BI is an advantage.
  • University degree; Lean, Six Sigma or project management experience is a plus.
