Your responsibilities:
• Coordinate end-to-end incident management to ensure timely resolution and minimal disruption
• Define and maintain incident management processes and best practices
• Assess incident severity, prioritize actions, and allocate resources
• Communicate status and resolution plans to stakeholders
• Conduct post-incident reviews and implement preventive measures
• Act as central contact for incident escalations and communications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective resolution
• Maintain accurate documentation and knowledge base
• Analyze trends to prevent recurring issues and drive improvements
• Lead continuous improvement and automation initiatives
Our requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in IT service management, preferably in incident management
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure
• Good understanding of CMDB
• Experience with ServiceNow and monitoring tools (SCOM, SolarWinds)
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
• Willingness to work on a 24/7 shift schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Office presence at least 3 times per week
• ITIL Foundation certification preferred; advanced ITIL a plus
• Additional certifications (CompTIA, Network+, Security+, CISSP) beneficial
