Your responsibilities:
Test Strategy & Planning
- Define and implement end-to-end test strategies for large-scale logistics integration programs, covering functional integration, migration, regression, and UAT testing.
- Collaborate with program and solution architects to understand business processes, system interfaces, and integration flows across multiple TMS platforms.
- Establish clear entry/exit criteria, quality gates, and risk mitigation plans.
- Develop a comprehensive test plan aligned with delivery milestones and business readiness.
Test Management & Execution
- Lead and manage cross-functional test teams (internal, vendor, offshore) across multiple projects and geographies.
- Lead test preparation, execution, and defect management through agile and hybrid delivery models.
- Ensure full coverage for all integration points (TMS–ERP, TMS–Customer systems, EDI, API, middleware, etc.).
- Manage data migration validation and reconciliation between legacy and target systems.
Domain-Focused Testing
- Oversee validation of integrations between multiple TMS platforms (e.g., SAP TM, Oracle TMS, Home grown TMS).
- Lead testing for customer migrations involving data mapping, transformation, and E2E process validation.
- Ensure compliance with logistics standards, SLAs, and regulatory requirements during testing phases.
- Validate core functionalities of Transport Management Systems (TMS) such as planning, dispatching, order management, carrier assignment, and invoicing.
- Perform end-to-end functional, regression, and integration testing of logistics workflows.
- Test and troubleshoot EDI transactions (e.g., 204, 214, 210, 990) to ensure data accuracy and successful exchange with partners
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary quality gatekeeper and liaison between IT, business users, and external partners
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by defining scripts, coordinating execution, and validating sign-off
- Collaborate with program managers and solution architects to ensure smooth releases and post-implementation stability
- Quality Governance & Reporting
- Define and implement quality metrics, dashboards, and progress reports for stakeholders
- Chair defect triage meetings and drive timely resolution of defects and blockers
- Enforce quality standards and best practice across testing phases
Continuous Improvement
- Drive process improvements in test automation, data management, and integration validation
- Leverage industry best practices to optimize testing frameworks for logistics and TMS systems
Our requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- 15+ years of experience in software testing and QA management, with at least 10+ years in logistics or supply chain domain
- Proven track record as a Test Manager in Road Logistics / TMS implementation and integration projects
- Deep understanding of TMS platforms (e.g., Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, SAP TM, Oracle TM, Manhattan, or similar)
- Strong experience in integration testing between systems (e.g., TMS ↔ ERP, TMS ↔ Customer portals, EDI/API layers)
- Solid knowledge of customer migration and data validation frameworks
- Experience working with middleware/integration layers (MuleSoft, Boomi, SAP PI/PO, etc.)
- Familiarity with testing tools (e.g., Jira, Xray, ALM, TestRail, Postman, ReadyAPI, SQL, TestRail)
- Experience with test automation tools (preferred: Robot Framework)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in both Agile and Waterfall QA methodologies and delivery models
- Ability to easily communicate and switch between levels of abstraction depending on the target group and/or product stage
- Ability to proactively establish and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and cross-functional teams
- Ability to be a strong team player, as well as the ability to effectively influence technical teams
- Ability to act accordingly under strong pressure, along with the ability to effectively manage crisis situations
- Ability to evaluate information, identify key issues, and formulate conclusions based on sound, practical judgment, experience, and common sense
- Ability to deliver to and successfully manage stakeholder expectations while working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, budgets, and resources
