Your responsibilities

  • Timely and comprehensive settlement of claims arising from road, sea and air transport.
  • Gathering documentation to determine liability for the incident.
  • Correspondence in English and / or Italian.
  • Analysis of the collected documentation and preparation of decisions to pay or refuse compensation.
  • Conducting recourse proceedings against entities responsible for the damage.
  • Ongoing contact with customers and DSV units.

 

Our requirements

  • You have a very good command of English and Italian.
  • You are proficient in MS Office.
  • You are able to make decisions independently and have highly developed communication skills.
  • You are able to work under time pressure.

 

Nice to have

  • Experience in insurance, logistics or customer service
