Would you like to help us set the scene for DSV’s global HR tool in close collaboration with our stakeholders? Do you have experience with providing end user support within SAP SuccessFactors? We have an ambitious plan to onboard the remaining countries and implement more payroll integrations in the upcoming years all while supporting the current 83 countries leveraging the solution. You will work together with stakeholders at various levels and across the global DSV organization.  

 

 

As a member of the Global People Systems & Operations team your major responsibilities will be: 

  • Lead a global Global People Systems & Operations Services team in supporting DSV Employee Central (an SAP SuccessFactors product), DSV’s global HRIS system, while maintaining a customer centric mindset.
  • Build and maintain a strong functional Global People Systems & Operations Services team through effective recruiting, training, coaching, team building and succession planning. Prepare and participate in the preparation of development plans for each functional associate who is a member of the HRIS team. Assess the skills and skill levels necessary to achieve HRIS work objectives.
  • Support the Manager, Employee Central Projects, Global People Systems & Operations in the identification and implementation of enhancements, new SAP SuccessFactors modules, and business process re-design
  • Works with end users to identify and resolve reported issues inclusive of performing data reporting and analysis, troubleshooting issues, and working with IT to resolve.
  • Monitors the AD user accounts, checking consistency with DSV Employee Central data.
  • Ensures efficient processes, data integrity, regulatory compliance, and develops processes that are designed to improve system utilization and end-user friendliness.
  • Contribute to definition, communication & implementation of DSV Employee Central policies, procedures and best practices.
  • Maintain DSV Employee Central data integrity by establishing audit procedures to ensure accuracy.
  • Understands EU laws, data privacy, security and labour requirements that impact DSV Employee Central setup and maintenance to ensure compliance.
  • Stay current on SAP SuccessFactors release strategy and support the rollout of new features and functionality into the DSV Employee Central roadmap as appropriate

  • Leverage business acumen in dealing with internal customers to drive the Global People Systems & Operations roadmap and prioritization discussions

  • Ability to maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Prioritizes and plans work activities, possesses strong organizational skillls

 

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in business, human resource management, information technology, or related area of study required.
  • 5+ years prior work experience, in an HRIS, HR or IT project management role implementing and supporting HR applications for a large organization including experience in one or more of these areas of focus: HR applications for Core HR, Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance, Succession, business process redesign, system enhancements, new development, reporting, user support and training. Global experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR related systems administration (SAP SuccessFactors preferred), payroll processing, functional support, and enhancement development required.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel.

 

Languages:
•    Proficient Level of English (spoken & written)
