In the role of Manager , you will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and leading a team to successfully migrate customers from their existing EDI system to new corporate standards.
Your responsibilities will also include defining and improving our services within the team and supporting tactical and strategic decisions regarding our approach to meeting customer requirements.
As Manager for Air & Sea Migration, you will be responsible for:
• Managing the team's daily tasks and priorities, aligning them with department priorities.
• Supporting the team in all necessary daily follow-up activities.
• Assists the team in complying with specific protocols and agreements regarding Air & Sea customer migration.
• Coordinates necessary tactical and operational activities with program managers.
• Defines and coordinates activities necessary to meet corporate and departmental expectations with department managers.
• Coordinates activities with regions on L3 projects that need to be transferred to regional scopes.
• Submits progress reports to ensure transparency.
• Works closely with group functions to establish/maintain current and future work processes/protocols for BIM worldwid.
• Analyze all current EDI+ configurations and special configurations and see how we can convert more to the standard or adapt our standard to more requests in relation to migration.
• Take the initial initiative or transfer commercial and functional BIM responsibilities assigned to the migration project.
• Assisting in the migration of customers from legacy platforms to future enterprise platforms.
