The role of Specialist, Lean,QMS (Continuous Improvement) is to act as a business partner who works closely with middle management and the teams, understand business priorities, proposes and implements improvement projects/initiatives which support successful achievement of DSV GBS strategic goals and objectives.
Your responsibilities:
- Support to build and strengthen continuous improvement culture within GBS
- Cooperation with GBS units and teams and other process stakeholders,
- Track and report continuous improvement project and initiatives,
- Assist process transition to operations and participate in SLA review,
- Support the establishment and delivery of an operational excellence/ standard work program for GBS,
- Designing, preparing and conducting continuous improvement methodologies training sessions,
- Support in defining new KPIs for services provided by GBS and support in their implementation,
- Develop, implement and maintain reporting framework for business KPI metrics,
- Implementation and maintenance of the process maturity model of the organization (Maturity Matrix Model),
- Support Operations in the creation, development/update of process documentations outside of process migration scope, and conduct documentation audits based on GBS standards.
Our requirements:
- Experience in working in an international environment supported by a minimum of 2 years of professional practice
- Experience in describing business process
- High proficiency in communicating in English (at least B2)
- Completed training from Lean: Yellow/Grean Belt
- Good organization skills
- Office presence at least 3 times per week
