Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the Global Customs Tender Team.
  • Assist with collecting and organizing data, and help prepare basic reports and presentations.
  • Support the creation and formatting of PowerPoint slides to ensure clear and visually consistent communication.
  • Coordinate with colleagues and stakeholders internationally to gather inputs and maintain project documentation.
  • Track deadlines, send reminders, and help ensure timely follow‑up on outstanding tasks.
  • Support day‑to‑day project activities and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally.

 

Requirements

  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic data handling, charts, pivot tables) and PowerPoint (formatting and layout).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Confident communication and follow‑up skills, with a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, global environment.
  • Curious, flexible, and eager to learn new systems, tools, and processes.
  • Knowledge of customs processes is a plus, but not required — candidates with willingness to learn and develop customs understanding through on‑the‑job training are welcome.
