As Process Automation & Business Intelligence department we are responsible for introducing automation to various departments in DSV GBS.

Our main goal is to eliminate repetitive tasks and time-consuming processes with the benefits of providing Quality Improvement, decreasing Average Handling Time (AHT) and streamlining the processes.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support various automation and reporting activities
  • Monitor and track the progress of application development
  • Clearly communicate project activities between business, technical teams, and management
  • Ensure adherence to established project management standards and practices throughout all project phases
  • Create, manage, and ensure the quality and accuracy of project documentation using Jira and Confluence
  • Assist the project team with daily operational tasks and administrative functions

 

Our requirements:

  • Experience using Jira and Confluence for task management and documentation
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in project coordination or similar roles, ideally in an IT or technology-oriented environment
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • English (minimum B2)
  • Ability to think clearly, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders
  • A collaborative team player who actively contributes to team objectives
  • Knowledge or exposure to Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, AgilePM) is desirable
