About the Role

As a Senior Business Analyst in our Group Business IT Service Department, you will join a dynamic and talented team of Technical Project Managers, Technology Architects, and Business Analysts, working in a collaborative and inclusive environment. 
In this role, you will play a central part in shaping business requirements, ensuring governance alignment, and driving high-quality delivery across key initiatives. A key responsibility is leading end-to-end RFI/RFP processes, conducting market analysis, and evaluating vendor solutions to ensure the organization selects the right partners and technologies.
This role requires strong analytical abilities, structured thinking, and the confidence to facilitate decision-making across diverse stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Lead and manage complete RFI and RFP processes, from preparation to vendor evaluation and final selection.
  • Conduct market analysis, including solution landscape insights, vendor capability assessment, and competitive comparisons.
  • Develop RFI/RFP documentation, including requirements lists, evaluation criteria, and scoring models.
  • Facilitate vendor presentations, Q&A sessions, and technical/functional deep dives.
  • Provide structured recommendations supporting vendor selection decisions.
  • Ensure alignment between business needs, solution capabilities, and commercial considerations.
  • Ensure adherence to IT and project governance standards.
  • Contribute to improving governance frameworks, templates, and processes.
  • Support project teams in documenting solution scope, business cases, process flows, and operational readiness materials.

  • The ability to work independently, structure complex information, and drive clarity.
  • Excellent analytical and documentation skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
