This role, Senior Team Lead, P&O Technologies, is an exciting opportunity to support the leadership of a talented team of 6 team members, located in Europe and in APAC, during a temporary parental leave coverage period.
Following this temporary coverage period, the role is expected to transition into an individual contributor position.
Reporting into the Director, P&O Technology Projects, you will coordinate and guide a team of specialized global P&O technology professionals supporting projects and initiatives related to (new) key technologies such as P&O Service Management (P&O Ticketing Tool), Document Management and Document Generation Tool, TalentHub, and other global people-focused technologies.
Working closely with the Senior Manager SAP SuccessFactor Global IT, (leadership) peers in P&O and Global IT, and key stakeholders across regions, you will help ensure continuity of project delivery, and team coordination during the coverage period.
Key Responsibilities
As a member of the Global People Systems & Operations team, your responsibilities will include:
- Support the day-to-day coordination and operational leadership of a global team responsible for supporting key global people technologies on a project basis while maintaining a customer-centric mindse
- Coordinate activities related to system implementation projects, and support ongoing initiatives such as global rollout for Service Management and Document Management applications, system enhancements, change requests and vendor collaboration.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and day-to-day support to team members, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous development.
- Partner with functional P&O and business stakeholders to gather, assess, and help prioritize requirements for new technologies, enhancements and process improvements.
- Coordinate assigned projects and initiatives related to the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing support of HR technologies, together with your team members, dedicated project leads in the multiple projects.
- Escalate strategic, budgetary, or high-impact decisions to the Director or appropriate leadership levels as required.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of team procedures, standards, and best practices.
- Support compliance with applicable EU laws, data privacy, security, and labor requirements impacting HR technologies and processes.
- Assist in maintaining operational continuity and effective stakeholder communication during the manager parental leave period.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, human resource management, information technology, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in P&O technology, P&O system operations, or IT project coordination/support roles.
- Experience supporting HR applications and technologies within a large organization, including areas such as Core HR, Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance, Succession, reporting, user support, training, or system enhancements.
- Experience working in global or cross-functional environments preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and related reporting tools.
- Proficient level of English (spoken and written).
