YOUR TASKS 

• Responsibility for planning and coordinating the work of international forwarding team
• Realization of budget and quality goals in the managed department of international transport (FTL, LTL, GRP)
• Shaping the development of the directions served in terms of finance and quantity
• Participation in tender / sales processes, focusing on searching for market opportunities
• Complaints handling, billing control
• Effective implementation of changes initiated in the organization
• Effective team management: shaping a motivational work environment, commitment to employee development, as well as monitoring and enforcing the implementation of tasks

• Experience in forwarding business management
• Experience in effective team management
• Focus on achieving ambitious goals and proposing new solutions
• Very good knowledge of Polish and English language
• Experience in handling orders requiring customs clearance is welcome
• Analytical approach and solving problems skills
• Ability to cooperate effectively with others
