Your responsibilities:
- Leading and coordinating day-to-day operations of customs administration team.
- Leading and optimizing work processes, including good practices.
- Coordinate daily tasks with team members.
- Managing delivery of Service Level Agreements within managed service area.
- Creating and maintaining effective cooperation with other teams within Customs department/ other departments and branches.
- Acting as a Point of Contact for problems and escalations.
- Managing performance and efficiency of the team based on sufficient analyses and reports.
- Creating and maintaining process documentation.
- Participating in budget plans.
Our requirements:
- Minimum 2 year of hands-on experience on the similar position.
- Strong communication skills towards all levels of an organization.
- Higher education preferred in logistics/customs/maganement area.
- Knowledge of customs and TSL industry
- Knowledge of English at least at level B2/C1.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Ability to effectively engage and motivate direct reports.
- Support professional development of the team members.
- Ability to deliver companies goals.
- Knowledge of Lean methodology would be an asset.
- Good understanding of change management.
