Work with colleagues across the organization

In this role, which can be based anywhere in the world, and in this highly collaborative role, you will support commercial teams in pre-sales and solution design conversations, while working closely with internal stakeholders to maintain governance standards and drive innovation in customer analytics. Specifically, you will collaborate with A&S Digital Products & Services, Global Commercial, GBS teams, Air & Sea Business teams, and Management layers.

Together, you will ensure that DSV continues to deliver best-in-class analytics solutions for our global customers.

Bridge the gap between customer needs, data, and technology 

As Senior Analyst, you will serve as the primary customer-facing analytics partner, ensuring that DSV delivers analytics solutions that strengthen customer relationships and differentiate our service offering.

You will translate customer business needs into structured functional requirements and BI development specifications, enabling internal teams to build customer-ready analytics solutions. And focusing on translating customer requirements into structured analytics solutions, you will ensure scalability, governance, and value creation.

Specifically, you will:

• Lead customer-facing requirement workshops to capture business needs, KPIs, and visualization preferences, ensuring alignment between customer expectations and technical feasibility.

• Advise customers on best practices in Power BI, data storytelling, and DSV’s standard analytics offerings, support commercial teams in solution design, customer meetings, and proposal discussions.

• Develop a strong understanding of TMS data structures and processes to guide customer expectations, validate feasibility, and translate needs into accurate BI requirements.

• Define and implement standards for dashboard design, development timelines, pricing models, and approval processes.
• Contribute to building a service catalogue, distinguishing standard and bespoke customer reporting solutions.

• Shape the analytics roadmap based on customer feedback and introduce new visualization features and analytics capabilities that enhance customer insights.

Experience in supply chain analytics, reporting, or data-related roles

We are looking for a colleague who thrives in collaborative environments. You have an analytical mindset, are able to think independently but also have consultative communication skills, with the ability to guide customers toward best-fit solutions. Communicating across functions and cultures, you take a structured approach to problem-solving and are able to navigate a global environment where priorities may shift.

Finally, we imagine that you:

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business analytics, or a related field, combined with good experience in supply chain analytics, reporting, or data-related roles.
• Have experience in customer-facing consulting or solution design roles and possess strong. presentation skills and training experience.
• Have experience translating complex data into intuitive, customer-friendly visualizations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including direct customer interaction – maybe you also have commercial experience with customers, but this is not a prerequisite.
• May have experience with SQL-based data extraction, though this is only a plus.
