We are looking for a Tender Manager, EMEA Global Tender Management, who will be responsible for managing global bidding opportunities using the DSV pricing tool, translating customer data into internal DSV worksheets, and collaborating with business teams to develop strategic and compliant pricing responses for air and ocean freight.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage global tender opportunities using the DSV pricing tools, converting client templates into internal worksheets and ensuring accurate rollout. 
  • Collaborate with business teams to define strategic responses for respective tenders. 
  • Ensure business decisions comply with internal controls and all applicable regulatory requirements. 
  • Work closely with business leaders to establish pricing priorities. 
  • Coordinate with GOP and GAP teams to complete tenders and monitor any missing lane pairs. 
  • Conduct RFQ quality checks and review with relevant business partners. 
  • Ensure that established margins are maintained and that pricing activities requiring product or senior management approval (regional or global) are properly coordinated.
  • Convert Internal templates into client version and prepare total spend analysis along with submission.

 

Qualifications:

  • Relevant working experience (minimum 3 years) and industry experience (minimum 4 years)
  • Higher educational level (degree business administration, economics, logistics).
  • Strong understanding of tender processes, Air & Ocean pricing, pricing tools, and strategic bid management.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills across multiple stakeholders. 
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Ability to coordinate approvals and align with business requirements.
  • Advance Excel Skills. 
  •  Fluent in English, additional European languages are a plus.
