Operations ManagementOversee daily inbound, outbound, and inventory control processes.Plan and execute warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency.Ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery according to SLAs/KPIs.Implement and maintain warehouse SOPs.2. Staff ManagementLead and supervise warehouse team leaders, supervisors, and ground staff.Conduct performance reviews and training programs.Allocate manpower based on volume forecasts and workload.3. Inventory & SystemsEnsure accurate stock records and regular cycle counts.Manage WMS (Warehouse Management System) and other logistics systems (i.e. SAP)Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.4. Safety & ComplianceEnsure compliance with local regulatory requirements (e.g., WSH Act, SCDF regulations).Conduct regular safety drills, risk assessments, and audits.Maintain a clean and hazard-free warehouse environment.5. Continuous ImprovementDrive Kaizen/Lean initiatives to reduce waste and improve productivity.Analyze KPIs and operational data to propose process improvements.Lead or participate in automation and digital transformation projects.6. Client & Stakeholder EngagementServe as the key contact for customers.Handle client escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders for smooth operations
