About the Position:
The Change Manager within Global Customer Management (GCM) Center of Excellence (CoE) leads organizational, operational, and digital change initiatives, ensuring high adoption, stakeholder alignment, and successful implementation across global functions.
The role follows DSV emphasis on structured communication, clarity, stakeholder engagement, and leadership support as reflected in official DSV change management postings.
In addition to core change responsibilities, this position includes ownership of change-related budget planning, cost tracking, and financial reporting, ensuring that change activities are delivered efficiently and within allocated resources.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop change management strategies, roadmaps, and execution plans for CoE-supported initiatives.
- Maintain and enhance the change management framework, toolkit, templates, and best practices
- Build effective relationships with sponsors, program managers, and functional pillar leads.
- Develop communication strategies and deliver clear, audience-specific messaging.
- Conduct impact, readiness, and stakeholder assessments to guide planning.
- Identify change risks and define mitigation strategies aligned with program timelines
- Provide Timely and accurate reporting on status and progress
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement through structured communication, Lead workshops, alignment sessions, and change-impact discussions
- Track and report on change adoption KPIs, readiness metrics, and user feedback. Support leadership in embedding new behaviors, processes, and systems.
- Establish and manage change Request Pipeline budgets, including resource planning and cost estimates.
- Provide financial reporting and variance analysis to program leadership and finance teams. Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, cost‑allocation rules, and governance frameworks.
The candidate is expected to satisfy the following criteria:
- Project Management: Control scope in conjunction with global Project manager. Plan and manage the integration of change requests into the global program.
- Risk Management: Assess and mitigate risks associated with potential business impacts during a change deployment or rollout. Develop, track and control program and portfolio budgets.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with stakeholders from various business units (e.g. , Operations, IT ) to insure Transparency and visibility on the Timeline and Risk management.
- Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with senior leadership to define and align business strategy with enterprise-wide goals and capabilities.
- Performance Management: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide insights via status and dashboard reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Transformation Initiatives: Lead or support business transformation efforts, ensuring that change initiatives align with the overall Business Plan and contribute to the organization’s strategic objectives.
- Coaching and Training: Identify learning needs and collaborate with L&D to design training content. Coach project teams, leaders, and local change agents on effective change practices.
- Customer Orientation: Facilitate Change Management meetings and workshops together with external or internal Key Stakeholders, to insure a flowless change deployment.

Specific experience in the following areas:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communication Management, or related field. A master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Experience: 7+ years in Change Management, Organizational Development, PMO, or related fields, business strategy contract logistics operations and Risk Portfolio Management.
- Proven track record of aligning business strategies with operational initiatives and driving business transformation.
- Shows high adoption levels and sustained behavioral change in supported initiatives.
- Strong maturity level will drive Change Management through CoE standards.
- Ability and experience adherence to budget, with accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Subject Matter Expertise: In-depth knowledge and of global operations, business processes, and IT systems integration.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: to translate complex tasks and into actionable plans and work packages.
- Communication & Presentation Skills: Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Ability to travel globally as needed.
- Fluency in English; Chinese language skills are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Computer savvy with good working knowledge of business tools.
