• Focal point for all shipment inquires (inbound and outbound)
• Internal co-ordination to ensure order fulfilment
• Liaise with Forwarders and Transporters to meet customer’s shipment delivery and collection requirement.
• Oversee shipping arrangement, cargo release and shipment closure activities
• Customer complaint management
•  Timely delivery of accurate reports and information to customer and superior.
• Understand and comply to all related operating processes.
• System transaction for receiving and order fulfilment activities.
• Preparation for Pick list
• Documentation and record retention per established requirement.
• Ensure Work Safety, Good Distribution Practice (GDP), Quality Policy and Procedures meet in workplace.
• Ensure warehouse housekeeping up to 5S standard.
