• Coordinate, monitor, and oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of goods. • Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards. • Monitor stock levels, review inventory accuracy, and investigate or troubleshoot discrepancies using audit trail reports. • Maintain accurate documentation and records for all warehouse and logistics transactions. • Perform timely and accurate system updates in the Warehouse Management System (WMS), including placing parts on hold as requested by customers or suppliers and ensuring proper segregation and labeling. • Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory software, and SAP to support daily logistics and reporting activities. • Disseminate timely and accurate updates from customers and carriers to warehouse and operations teams. • Coordinate urgent or exception pulls with customers and operations teams to ensure ontime handover of goods. • Liaise with customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders via email and phone to provide shipment updates, milestone tracking, and resolution of operational issues. • Notify customers promptly of any shipment or inventory discrepancies and follow up to ensure closure. • Coordinate rework, screening, or scrap activities with operations teams based on customer requirements. • Respond promptly and professionally to customer and stakeholder inquiries. • Properly file, update, and maintain all company documents and records in accordance with company policies
