Material Handler Specialist

• Co-ordinate with operations  on all order fulfillment and related issues.
• Co-ordinate with forwarders on the import / export shipment booking and local deliveries.
• Prepare relevant shipping documents for outgoing shipments.
• Organize cargo release to the appointed transporter/ forwarder.
• Ensure timely reports and accurate data processing.
• Handle systems transactions in warehouse management systems.
• Responsible for physical receiving and outbound processing when necessary.
• To assist in the annual stock-take of the customers.
• To perform cycle counts if required.
• To carry out value added services of customers
• To ensure Documents are properly kept.
• Print picking orders for day to day orders.
• Check stocks if there is any complaints from importers.
• Ensure SAP & WMS transaction is complete.

Requirements

• Good in Warehouse Management System and preferably SAP and Oracle.
• Good in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Good problem-solving skills and experience in resolving problems creatively.
• Willing to voice out opinions and share best practices to improve team performance.
• Able to communicate effectively with internal / external customers.
