Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.Ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment and delivery.Monitor and maintain inventory levels, perform regular stock counts, and reconcile discrepancies.Ensure proper documentation of goods received and dispatched.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to optimize efficiency and safety.Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales departments for smooth operations.Handle returns, damage, and discrepancy reporting processes.Enforce compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) as needed.Use warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP tools for inventory tracking and reporting.
