Improve the efficiency of warehouse and admin processes.Engage with ground staff and leaders to identify processes needing improvement.Implement continuous improvement projects to reduce waste, improve productivity/safety/sustainability.Implement digital tools and techniques to improve efficiency and work environment.Present projects to customer for approval .Liaise with internal stakeholders for support and implementation.Achieve annual cost saving, green saving and process improvement targets set by management.Achieve annual continuous improvement target set by customer.Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
