• Understand and comply to all warehouse related safety, quality & operating processes.
• Perform 5S in warehouse.
• Perform warehousing activities including inbound, outbound and cycle count, in a timely and orderly manner.
• Support Supervisor to achieve all required KPI.
• Perform general warehousing duties including maintaining database integrity, stocktaking, material handling, documentation control, etc.
• Check against shipping documents with Drivers/forwarders when loading for local/overseas shipment respectively
• Receive and check cargoes against inbound documents
• Physical check and count received items
• Perform visual inspection of products received and sorting of mixed SKUs
• Escalate for any discrepancies and damages
• Maintain proper housekeeping of inbound sorting and staging areas
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors/superiors in support of operations when necessary
