Warehouse Operator

1. 1. 1. Understand and comply with all relevant operating procedures. Execute all warehouse activities in accordance with established Work Instructions.
      2. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area by performing daily 5S housekeeping practices.
      3. Operate the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and material handling equipment (MHE) for activities such as sorting, put-away, packing, replenishment, and relocation upon completion of required training.
      4. Ensure all assigned equipment is properly maintained and kept in good operational condition.
      5. Report all non-conformances, discrepancies, or operational issues promptly to the immediate superior.
      6. Perform daily cycle counts and participate in annual stock counts as required.
      7. Pack picked items into appropriate shipping packages using adequate protective materials, ensuring items are in good, shippable condition and correctly labelled.
      8. Execute all assigned warehouse operations and labelling activities accurately and within the required timeline.
      9. Release cargo to the designated transporter or forwarder in accordance with procedures, and perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.
