Project Specialist, Implementation

Purpose of the position. 

1. This position is responsible for assisting in project implementation and providing analysis related to business implementation. 

2. Coordinate, facilitate and support project manager to ensure success of project. 

Key Tasks 

1. Assist the business units in implementing the contract logistics project. 

2. Assist in developing project plans, maintaining and follow up execution of those plans by working with assigned resources to ensure that project milestones, deadlines and targets are achieved, within budget and in compliance. 

3. Develop and maintain related documents to project. 

4. Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment 

5. Assist in data preparation and analysis to support project manager. 

6. Facility meetings, prepare agenda and documents minutes and action items both meeting and business workshop. 

7. Facilitate maintain project status including registering new project into company’s systems. 

8. Communicate project status regularly to stakeholders 

Skills & Competencies 

1. Good logical thinking and problem-solving skills 

2. Good at project planning, project diagnostic and analysis information 

3. Strong understanding of contract logistics operations both warehouse and transportation. 

4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-pace environment. 

Educational background / Work experience 

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field 

2. Minimum of 1 – 2 years working experience in Project Management or Logistics field. Preferrable project coordination or logistics implementation 

Language skills 

 Proficient in English both written and spoken 

Computer literacy 

1. PC literate and application of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 

2. Understanding in Warehouse Management Systems and/or Transport Management Systems are preferable.
