- Achieve Annual Operational and Budget Targets
•Develop and execute the approved annual business and operational plans to ensure revenue goals are met or exceeded.
•Manage operating expenses strictly within approved budget levels.
•Recommend investments that deliver sustainable cost reductions and operational efficiency improvements.
•Establish and maintain a documented process for continuous improvement, with regular performance reviews.
2. Deliver KPI and Contractual Commitments
•Ensure full implementation of approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within allocated resources and budgets, particularly for high-value, high-tech, or consumer electronics products.
•Regularly review operational KPIs and cost performance, investigate variances against targets or budget, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
•Maintain adequate resources to consistently meet agreed KPI targets with clients/principals.
3. Client Relationship Management
•Conduct regular reviews of warehouse operations (including KPI performance and operational matters) with client representatives, at a frequency agreed upon (weekly, monthly, or as required).
•Respond promptly to client concerns or operational issues, especially for time-sensitive or high-security products such as consumer electronics.
4. Business and Budget Planning
•Prepare annual business and budget proposals for approval by the Senior Manager and Logistics Director.
•Lead cost-reduction and efficiency projects, focusing on process optimization, productivity improvements, waste reduction, and automation to enhance quality and output.
5. People Management & Workplace Safety
•Ensure all operations comply with the highest Health & Safety standards, and report any deviations promptly to senior management.
•Provide coaching, performance feedback, and career development guidance to team members, including improvement plans for underperformance.
•Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free warehouse environment at all times, with special attention to handling sensitive high-tech and consumer electronics products.

Other Requirements
•Minimum 10 years of experience in warehouse operations or supply chain management, with proven experience in managing warehouses for the high-tech or consumer electronics industry.
•Strong hands-on knowledge of warehouse layout design, workflow optimization, and transportation management.
•Solid understanding of local market dynamics and customer supply chain processes.
•Basic financial reporting and budget management skills.
•Strong logical reasoning and strategic thinking abilities.
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
•A collaborative team player with mature interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure.
