About the Role
Are you passionate about driving strategic supply chain transformation and sustainability? Join DSV’s global Supply Chain Optimization and Advisory team and lead high-impact initiatives for some of our largest customers. As a Senior Program Manager, you will manage complex supply chain optimization projects and Joint Value Creation (JVC) Programs towards our customers that deliver measurable value and support decarbonization goals.
You will collaborate with senior stakeholders across DSV and client organizations, leveraging your expertise in supply chain, project management, and sustainable supply chain practices to deliver innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic supply chain advisory projects with key customers focused on both optimization and decarbonization.
- Manage and deliver high-quality consulting projects in areas such as network design, transport and inventory optimization, and carbon footprint reduction.
- Drive continuous improvement (JVC) programs with key customers, ensuring alignment with the customer’s business goals and sustainability targets.
- Collaborate with internal supply chain analysts, regional and product subject matter experts, and commercial leads to develop actionable insights and implementable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across geographies and functions.
- Ensure project governance, timely execution, and stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support business development activities including proposal creation, client presentations, opportunity scoping, and joint value creation roadmaps.
- Support achieving our team’s revenue goals and key account growth plans.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations, ideally within automotive, industrial, FMCG, tech, or healthcare sectors.
- Proven experience in leading strategic supply chain transformation initiatives, including roadmap development, KPI alignment, and value realization and tracking.
- Demonstrated ability to scope and structure supply chain projects and initiatives, with clear business cases and measurable outcomes.
- Strong business development acumen, including proposal creation, client engagement, and opportunity identification.
- Experience in identifying and tracking cost savings, operational efficiencies, and sustainability impacts across supply chain functions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers and cross-functional teams.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and change leadership, with a focus on driving customer success and adoption of new solutions.
- Experience in developing and executing supply chain transformation roadmaps, including alignment with strategic goals and performance metrics.
- Project Management experience required, certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is a plus.
- Experience with data-driven tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Power BI) and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) is advantageous.
- Experience with data analysis and supply chain optimization modeling is a plus (Python, Coupa). We have a dedicated analyst team who run our analysis and modelling. You need to be able to understand and communicate the outcomes to our customers and translate them into valuable insights and actions.
- ASCM Certification such as CPIM, CSCP, or CSCT is advantageous.
- Experience in consulting or 3PL environments is a plus.
- Willingness to travel (approx. 20–30 days/year).

For this position, the expected base pay range is $145,000-$185,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors, including relevant experience, skills, education or certifications, and geographic location, consistent with applicable laws and company policy.
