Job Posting Title: Treasury Manager

SUMMARY (of the position)
The Treasury Manager will be responsible for all treasury related tasks for the region, including facility management with financial institutions, FX management and supporting the team responsible for day to day cash management tasks.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Point of Contact between RSSC and Group Treasury
· Managing and developing all banking relationships for the region
· Ensure product development with JP Morgan to drive efficiencies in the cash management and cash application processes
· Reviewing of cashflow forecasts and facility requirements and ensuring facilities in place is adequate for the next 12 months
· Maintain signatories across all DSV Accounts with the various banking institutes and updating of Board Resolutions when needed
· Reviewing of FX needs and arranging contracts, where needed, as per Group Policy
· Ensure that SARB approvals are in place as per legal requirements and renewed as and when required
· Reviewal of guarantees prior to issuance and annual review of existing guarantees to ensure adequate facilities are in place
· Ensuring that excess cash, where applicable, is managed effectively, and trapped cash minimized
· Annual review of Bank Accounts and ensuring that minimal accounts remain active and in use (based on operational requirements)
· Reviewing of all bank costs and/or interest earnings, and ensure this is as per the signed pricing agreements
· Ensure controls, within RSSC, is in place to mitigate risk and prevent fraud by means of quarterly reviews of bank access, active cards etc.
· Process improvements to drive efficiency in treasury and cash functions
· Quarterly Key Controls (Guarantees, TEA, Credit Cards)
OTHER DUTIES
· System access – creation, modification, deactivation
· Audit Requests
· Escalate queries or areas of concerns where needed
QUALIFICATIONS (SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES REQUIRED)
· Excellent communication skills
· Highly organized and good time management skills
· High level of problem solving skills – analytical ability
· Attention to detail
· Ability to work in a diverse team as well as be self-driven
· The ability to explain transactions using T-Accounts
· Extensive knowledge of accounts payable, cash management & treasury functions
· Understand and explain accounting principles and concepts
Computer Skills
· SAP
· Excel (Advanced)
Education and/or Experience
· Minimum of 2 years people management skills and
· Experience in Cash Management/Treasury and
· Financial Qualification (diploma, degree) and/or
· 3 years creditors experience and/or
· 3 years experience in an operation finance role and/or
· 3 years experience in a treasury/cash management role
Language Skills
· Excellent in Speaking, Writing and Reading English
Mathematical Skills
· Must have strong financial acumen
For this position, the expected base pay range is $110,000 - $135,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors, including relevant experience, skills, education or certifications, and geographic location, consistent with applicable laws and company policy.
