Job Related Requirements

Drivers license is essential, 

2-3 years experience in freight forwarding, preferably international forwarding. Good client engagement skills, Sound administrative & invoicing skills

Main Purpose of the role 

Onsite operator based at the Client in Stanger – handle Clients Forwarding Business, ensuring all cargo is booked and sailed as per client requirement 

Duties & Responsibilities:

splitting & preparing shipments for Forwarding

checking of clients’ rates as per their Contract

resolving billing queries between Client and DSV

resolving vendor queries

managing your dashboard on cargowise

processing credit requests if required

working under minimal supervision

able to work overtime when required

reliable transport to & from work

Sending of Pre-alerts

Communication with DSV origin offices
