Delivering spare auto parts within 72 hours across India

When a leading luxury car manufacturer needed a provider to handle end-to-end distribution of spare parts in India, it turned to DSV. We built a national spare parts distribution center of more than 100,000 square feet near Mumbai to handle primary and secondary distribution. The center provides customs brokerage, warehousing and distribution services, along with inventory management of more than 2,000 SKUs. Warehouse operations include inspection, binning, sales order processing, packing and distribution. We also created an agile distribution network for delivery of parts within 72 hours to any area of the country. Our work helped this leading car manufacturer cope with its expansion across India.
