Packaging firm sustains $1M a year in savings across 50+ sites

A major manufacturer of packaging for the health, food and beverage industries wanted to improve its supply chain management across more than 50 manufacturing sites in Australia and New Zealand. We implemented our control tower system to increase visibility into shipments, documents and key milestones. We consolidated invoicing through EDI and provided custom brokerage services. Supply chain cost savings amounted to $2 million during the first two years of the contract and have continued pacing at $1 million annually. In addition to improving visibility through the DSV tracking system, we also reduced transit times by streamlining processes for importing and exporting.
