Board Committees
Rules of Procedure
The Board of Directors has established three Board Committees: the Audit Committee, the Nomination Committee and the Remuneration Committee.
The Committees consists of three to four members of the Board of Directors. The tasks of each Committee are described in the Committee Rules of Procedures which are available below.
