In light of the Exchange Offer launched by DSV for Panalpina today (see separate media release) Panalpina's board of directors, upon request of the Ernst Göhner Foundation, has resolved to postpone the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) scheduled for April 5, 2019, in Basel. Sole agenda item of the EGM was the repeal of the transfer and voting right restrictions in the articles of association of Panalpina World Transport (Holding) Ltd. The topic will be reviewed in the context of the current Exchange Offer process.
