The role is well-suited for a detail-oriented, proactive individual with strong organizational skills, a deep understanding of HR best practices in administration and payroll, reporting and a commitment to fostering a positive and compliant workplace environment.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

  •  HR Administration: Managing full employee lifecycle, including administration of new hires, transfers, promotions, exits and absence management within the organization. Drafting and issuing employment contracts and amendments, maintain records and administer company staff social benefits;
  • HR Operations: Acting as the first point of contact for employee queries related to employee administration. Assisting with policy updates and ensuring compliance with local labour law and institutions requirements;
  • Compliance: Maintaining accurate and up to date employee records. Producing employment letters and templates. Ensuring documentation is audit ready and compliant with legal and internal requirements
  • Payroll: Preparing, processing and validating monthly payroll, salary changes, different types of payments, liaising with finance teams and/or external payroll vendor. Ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Data & Reporting: Maintaining high data accuracy within HR systems. Providing employee data and reports to support dashboards, analytics and decision making on local and Group level.

 
Experience and Skills Required:

  • University degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related;
  • Minimum 3 years experience in HR administration with strong knowledge of local labor laws;
  • Pro-active approach and willingness to take initiative;
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality;
  • Following deadlines, taking account of potential unexpected interruptions;
  • Fluency in English - both written and spoken (min B2);
